Vibratory Conveyors

Alvibra’s vibratory conveyors solve a number of different internal conveyance tasks in connection with conveying powder, pellets and granular products. Depending on the product, conveying can either take place in open or closed systems.

The conveyors can either be closed and dust proof, circular pipes or rectangular open or closed, dust proof channels. The closed systems are equipped with dust proof inspection covers.

Alvibra’s vibratory conveyors are operated and controlled simply and efficiently by means of Alvibra’s own VibraControlTM or by integrating a frequency convertor in an external control panel.

Alvibra uses a vibration technology, which has great advantages and savings in relation to traditional technologies. Thus no demands are made concerning vibration dampers or special foundation.
This technology which we call VibraDriveTM offers, among other things, the following unique advantages:

  • mechanically soundless operation  
  • increased efficiency
  • lower power consumption
  • much lower construction height
  • lighter and a more cost effective design
  • can be manufactured in lengths up to 32 m
  • no need for vibration dampers or a special foundation

Alvibra Vibratory Conveyor - Open, Powered by VibraDrive

The Alvibra Vibratory Conveyor – Open (AVC-O) is a unique, robust and effective vibratory conveyor, is designed for use in production areas and for internal transport of food and other dust free products. This type of conveyor is available in 6 widths up to 1000 mm and may be customer specified in lengths of up to 32 meters. The conveyor is powered by the unique Alvibra VibraDriveTM drive unit and is controlled and regulated by means of a frequency converter.

The Alvibra Vibratory Conveyor – Closed (AVC-CL) is a unique, robust and effective vibratory conveyor, designed for transport of larger quantities of product or when a low product height during transport is required. This type of conveyor is well suited for use in production areas, when the requirement is a closed, dust proof, sanitary design, offering the possibility for frequent inspection via large shutters. This transport conveyor is available in 6 widths of up to 1000 mm and may be customer specified in lengths of up to 32 meters. The transport conveyor is powered by the unique Alvibra VibraDrive™ drive unit and is controlled and regulated by means of a frequency converter.

Alvibra Tube Conveyor - Powered by VibraDrive

The Alvibra Tube Conveyor (ATC) is a unique, robust and effective vibratory conveyor using a closed tube design, well suited when the requirement is a closed and dust proof transport system and a sanitary design that is easy to clean. This type of tube conveyor is available in 6 different standard tube diameters up to 500 mm dia. and may be customer specified in lengths of up to 32 meters. The transport conveyor is powered by the unique Alvibra VibraDriveTM drive unit and is controlled and regulated by means of a frequency converter.
